給一個有效的評論演講：5個重點！
1. Treat the speaker as a friend.

「2011世界健行日 為健康加分而走」
全球同步擴大健行淨山活動 林文坤
為響應國際體適能全民運動協會The Association For International
Sport All（TAFISA）【Trim and Fitness International Sport for All Association】與行政院體育委員會推展運動樂活及臺北市政府推動健康城市鼓勵全民親近親山步道，中華民國健行登山會每年與全球130個國家200個會員單位同步舉辦「世界健行日」（TAFISA WORLD WALKING DAY）健行淨山活動。在重視健康人生的目標下，落實愛惜身體，珍惜生命的理念；實踐「低碳登山」，重視地球暖化，推展全民節能減碳，愛護地球，強化LNT（無痕山林）運動。
TAFISA是被 國際奧會、世界衛生組織(WHO)、聯合國教科文組織所認可的國際團體。舉辦TAFISA WORLD WALKING DAY有些簡單規範,需要會員事先跟TAFISA報名。
每年WWD 的活動標誌都不一樣, WWD 2011的規範可能要到下半年才會發佈。
TAFISA WORLD WALKING DAY是全世界同步在十月份舉辦的活動。因冠名的活動可透過TAFISA國際組織推銷至全世界；中華民國健行登山會為TAFISA有效會員，因而台灣的活動可整合入the official WWD calendar；凡參與的單位都有國際曝光及自我宣傳的機會。
主 辦 單 位：中華民國健行登山會、臺北市大地工程處。
活 動 時 間：中華民國100年09月25日（星期日）上午八時至十二時。
集 合 地 點：捷運文湖線大湖公園站2號出口（100年09月25日上午8時）。
活 動 路 線：
大湖公園站→大湖公園（環湖步道）→老公祠→康樂山登山口→康樂山三角點→康湖路→公共電視台（康寧護校）→明湖國小（大會儀式）。全程約五公里，約三小時可走完全程。
參 加 辦 法：預計3,000人，免報名；歡迎全民親子踴躍參加；（大會備有豐富摸彩品提供給每位參加者摸獎以及精美紀念品3,000份，限量供應）。
交 通 資 訊：
1. 臺北捷運：臺北捷運文湖線大湖公園站。
2. 聯營公車：紅2、小3、棕10、110、247、267、278、284、287、 617、620、677、817、大湖公園站下車。
注 意 事 項：【「低碳標章」（http://greenevent.epa.gov.tw/result_list.asp）活動】
響應「節能減碳」政策，本活動為「低碳標章」（＃10000701）活動
1. 請參加者搭乘大眾運輸系統。
2. 請參加者自備茶水（請使用重複使用之容器），大會不提供瓶裝飲料。
3.大會設置垃圾分類，請參加者配合資源回收工作。
